John Radel is an award-winning, ACS-accredited cinematographer and producer, celebrated for his visually stunning films and a career with over 35 prestigious industry accolades. Renowned for his ability to craft compelling visuals and captivating narratives, seamlessly blending artistic vision with technical expertise. His journey began with a deep admiration for European and Asian cinema, which led him to Budapest to study under legendary cinematographers Vilmos Zsigmond ASC HSC (The Deer Hunter, Close Encounters of the Third Kind) and László Kovács ASC HSC (Easy Rider). Inspired by their mastery, John moved to Asia, where he spent over two decades working in the film and television industries across Indonesia, Singapore, Korea, China, the Philippines, Thailand, and Hong Kong. John’s career has been recognized with numerous accolades, including the Best Cinematography Award for the Jason Scott Lee action film Dance of the Dragon and his recent work on the Netflix crime drama Operandi Grahana earninghim another Best Cinematography Award, at the Asian Academy awards.
John has contributed to a diverse range of high-profile international projects. He served as Line Producer on Michael Mann’s Blackhat, starring Chris Hemsworth, and co-produced Netflix’s action film The Night Comes for Us, featuring Joe Taslim and Iko Uwais, co-producing the acclaimed action packed feature Monkey Man directed and starring Dev Patel, and action-packed films such as Headshot, directed by the Mo Brothers and starring Iko Uwais. As Director of Photography, he also brought life to the American sci-fi drama After the Dark (directed by John Huddles), the Asian action thriller Losmen Melati, and Buffalo Boys, an Asian Western ; Singapore’s official entry for the 91st Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film. John has also been instrumental in international productions such as Ridley Scott’s Equals, the Japanese action film Joker Game starring Kazuya Kamenashi, and the sci-fi epic Beyond Skyline, with Frank Grillo and Iko Uwais. His documentary work includes Unfolding Florence by Gillian Armstrong, which premiered at Sundance, and the ACS Gold Award-winning docu-drama In Our Name.
Most recently, John served as Director of Photography on the sci-fi action feature Skyline: Warpath, starring Iko Uwais and Scott Adkins, and the action-adventure film Alphas for XYZ Films, shot across South Africa and London. Alex Praditya is a seasoned professional in the Television and Film Industry, known for his expertise in programming, production, and content acquisition. His career began as an Acquisition Executive at TV7, where he was instrumental in curating successful local TV programs, including drama series, reality shows, and quiz/games shows. Through strategic collaborations with leading production houses, Alex significantly boosted TV ratings and audience shares, establishing a competitive edge for the network.
In 2008, Alex joined B Channel, a new Indonesian TV network, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the channel's programming strategy. He developed and implemented robust systems for content programming, promotion, planning, scheduling, on-air presentation, and acquisition. His deep knowledge of local and international TV program distribution and his active participation in major global film markets—such as the Asia TV Forum in Singapore, Hong Kong Filmmart, MIPCOM, and MIPJUNIOR—solidified his reputation as a key player in the industry. In 2015, Alex transitioned to PT. Muara Prima Entertainment (MPPRO), a production company specializing in feature films. There, he produced three notable films: Pinky Promise, Remember the Flavor, and SIAP GAN, overseeing their production, marketing, and promotion.
